For Guitar Players Only ReviewFor Guitar Players Only is one of the few (if only) guitar books that distinctly and thoroughly covers everything it takes to become a master sightreader; applying all of the material in this book could take months, possibly even years, of extended (and focused) practice. The technique aspects covered in this book are not the most detailed or thorough out there, but are a good refresher for one comfortable with his/her technique, and enough to get a beginner started. For technique, my suggestions would include Monster Chops by Jack Grassel for alternate picking and left hand technique, and Sheets of Sound by Jack Zucker for economy picking.
